TCRC represents approximately 6,000 conductors, conductor trainees, yard coordinators and locomotive engineers across CN’s network in Canada. The current collective agreement expires on December 31, 2026.

MONTREAL, September 18, 2026 - CN and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) held their first bargaining meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Montreal.
Additional bargaining meetings are scheduled throughout October, November and December of this year.
CN looks forward to continuing discussions with the union.
