You should pay your invoices in the currency in which they are presented.
We recommend that you send your payment using electronic means to ensure speedy processing.
If you need to pay in a different currency be aware of the following:
- CN sets its currency conversion based on the daily Bank of Canada rate.
- On holidays, CN will display the rate from the previous business day.
- CN applies the exchange rate that is in effect on the date your payment is received.
